This policy is between (“the customer”) and Zero Office Furniture.
Our returns and refund policy period is 7-days from the original purchase date.
If 7-days have gone by since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
If the product is received damaged, faulty or not to your liking, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery by contacting the Customer Services Team on 01442500056 or email sales@zero-officefurniture.co.uk
Please have your order number available, as this will speed up the process.
For any damaged or faulty products, the cost of shipping will be covered by Zero Office Furniture, we will contact you to arrange collection and/or replacement of the item.
For any products that are unsuitable, the customer will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning or exchanging the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To return your product, you should send it to: Zero Office Furniture,
Unit 20, Haresfoot Farm, Berkhamsted, HP4 2SU.
Responsibility for returning items lies with “the customer” until the item is delivered to Zero Office Furniture; please retain your contract with the delivery company as Proof of Postage, as Zero Office Furniture cannot accept responsibility for non-delivery of items.
Any item that is returned after the 7-day period will not be eligible for a return or refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-days of Zero Office Furniture receiving your returned product.
If you have not received your refund after 7-days, please check with your bank or credit card company. If you have done this, please contact us at sales@zero-officefurniture.co.uk.
